A major multinational relocation management company has an immediate vacancy for an experienced client relationship management executive.
Role: Client Services Manager, Private Clients, based UK [MPI-060021]
Responsibilities include:
Understanding clients’ programmes and translating this knowledge into specific strategies and recommendations tailored for the private client’s removal programme
Providing extraordinary service and best value to clients
You will have:
A comprehensive understanding of the full range of removals and associated services
Senior-level experience of client account management in a relocation management or international removals company environment and excellent listening and communication skills
Strong influencing and negotiation skills
Ability to build strategic working relationships internally and externally
Innovative approach to business solutions
Commercial acumen at a strategic and operational level
Ability to plan, implement and deliver business goals
On offer:
