A global health care organisation seeks an experienced mobility professional, to join their busy GM team as a Manager

Role: Global Mobility Manager [MPI-060229]

Scope:  The GM Manager acts as a subject matter expert, managing Global Mobility activities for the international assignee population

Duties & Responsibilities include:

• Ensure tax and immigration processes are compliant with local regulations
• Assists with development, alignment and interpretation of GM policies, processes and technology
• Supports international assignees, case managing some assignees
• Supports local HR teams to ensure consistent management of all assignees
• Ensures appraisal and bonus processes are efficiently managed for assignees
• Responsible for development of cost estimates / balance sheets
• Management of and liaison with expatriate service providers (e.g. tax, relocation, software)
• Contribute to projects e.g. policy and vendor reviews
• Develop and maintain appropriate checklists and immigration information

Skills & Experience:

• 

• Minimum 8 years’ international mobility experience, in more than one organisation
• Graduate or equivalent level, professional qualification would be ideal
• Able to fully understand and explain GM technical areas (tax equalisation, COLA)
• Strong organisational and time management skills
