• To deliver dynamic sales and new business development to Uk and Ireland, with possible scope to include mainland European territory
• Creating and maintaining a sales pipeline of quality new business prospects
• Identifying existing client needs and presenting solutions
• Generating contacts and business opportunities through pro-active networking
• Being a strong ‘new business’ advocate in the company creating excitement

Duties & Responsibilities
• Identifying potential new clients and converting these into profitable business
• Cold calling to ensure a robust and refreshed sales pipeline
• Using existing industry knowledge to meet and stay in touch with potential new clients
• Creating presentation opportunities
• Leading implementation of new business to ensure a successful start to engagements
• Identifying appropriate networking opportunities
• Account management support so as to embed the Company as a trusted service provider
• Writing and maintaining 12-24 month sales plans
• Creating and implementing ideas for ‘Round Table’ events to build credibility
• Maintaining a high level of awareness of Global Mobility trends
• Successfully completing ,submitting and winning RFP’s to a very high standard

Skills & Experience
• Minimum of six years of experience selling relocation solutions to new clients
• Proven prospecting and business development track record for new and current accounts
• Extensive relationships with mid- and senior-level Human Resources and/or relocation executives in Europe
• Global Mobility Specialist (GMS™) and/or Certified Relocation Professional (CRP®) certification desirable
• Understanding of organizational structures, cultures and decision-making processes gained through significant employment history or consulting experience
• Excellent selling, interpersonal and critical thinking skills
• Fluent English required
• London and home office based with the capacity to undertake business travel as required

Remuneration guide: Up to £100,000 base, dependent on experience + commission
