A major multinational relocation management company has an immediate vacancy for an ambitious and talented relocation services professional seeking a move into a client relationship management role.
Role: Client Services Manager, based UK [MPI-060229]
Responsibilities include:
Creating, developing and maintaining trusted partnership with key clients
Understanding clients’ programmes and translating this knowledge into specific strategies and recommendations tailored for the client’s mobility programme needs
Providing extraordinary service and best value to clients
You will have:

A comprehensive understanding of the full range of mobility services
Some experience of client account management in a relocation management company environment and excellent listening and communication skills
Strong influencing and negotiation skills
Ability to build strategic working relationships internally and externally
Some team management and mentorship experience
Ability to plan, implement and deliver business goals
On offer:
Base salary between of £55-56k, plus bonus, plus benefits and the opportunity to join the leadership team of a well-established and highly reputable Global Mobility organisation
