A global relocation services company is now seeking an experienced corporate move consultant for its London offices. This role will be to ensure the smooth and profitable co-ordination of moves from initial enquiry to closing, ensuring excellent support and communication between all parties.
The role: Senior Corporate Move Consultant, based London [MPI-01152]
Responsibilities:
• Manage moves door to door from inquiry to closing
• Actively manage file to company standards, acting within company guidelines at all times
• Ensure client records are accurate and entered in a timely manner
• Respond to any customer issues or complaints by liaising with manager
• Demonstrate proactive approach to potential problems, acting to resolve them quickly
• Establish and maintain good working relationships with all stakeholders
• Ensure departments and providers receive all relevant documentation in a timely and polite manner, and keep them fully informed of all relevant aspects of the move
• Manage assignee files and ensure complete satisfaction from assignee and family and client
• Develop relationship with clients, assignees and their families
• Advise assignees in line with client policies and manage their expectations accordingly
• Manage multiple quotes, negotiate and select best value suppliers in line with clients policies
• Audit supplier invoices in line with client policies, actual weights and volumes and demonstrate commercial awareness to optimise the benefits for the clients
• Ensure issues are promptly escalated to ensure corrective action can be taken
• Seek opportunities to cross sell services; resolve customer concerns; improve processes
• Maintain compliance with corporate policies and procedures
• Update all client documentation / internal systems upon receipt of new information
• Invoice for services provided promptly and accurately
• Assume responsibilities for special projects as directed
Skills & experience:
• 3 – 5 years’ experience in Relocation Industry
• Excellent verbal, numerical reasoning and communication skills
• Passionate about providing good customer service
• Innovative and able to challenge existing processes
• The ability to manage multiple tasks in given time constraints and budget
• “Can-do” attitude, adaptability and reliability
• Fluent English required, additional languages desirable
• Self-motivated with excellent organisational and time management skills
• Sound commercial, financial and cultural awareness
• Good computer skills (Outlook, Word, Excel, and Power Point)
Salary guide: Commensurate with experience (£35k – £38k)

Role: Senior Advisor – Global Mobility FTC based London [MPI-01151]
Scope: To provide the highest quality support to employees and Partners moving internationally while working collaboratively with all team members and internal clients.
Responsibilities
- Deliver all aspects of the lifecycle of international secondments
- Assist with ad hoc mobility projects
- Manage case load work and documents for international mobility tracking and reporting
- Build relationships and credibility with key partners and staff
- Ensure that the firm is compliant advising colleagues on relevant practices and processes
- Keep up-to-date with legislative changes and provide recommended solutions
- Provide colleagues with the information to handle international mobility queries
- Provide proactive and commercially-relevant advice on mobility policy and process
- Lead secondee briefings and follow-up correspondence
- Notify individuals of actions needed at key points during the life-cycle of an assignment
- Promote consistency of mobility packages
- Work closely with the mobility team worldwide
- Participate on regional and global IM calls and presentations
Experience and Education
- Previous experience as an International Mobility Advisor
- Knowledge of international mobility processes
- General knowledge of Expat Tax related issues and topics specific to IM
- Strong internal client service focus and client relationship management skills
- Proven ability to work collaboratively and communicate effectively across all levels
- Demonstrated commercial acumen
- Experienced advisory, coaching and facilitation skills
- Experience of supplier management and sourcing
- Strong attention to detail and organisational skills
- Ability to understand new concepts quickly and put learning into action
- Flexible, adaptable and able to cope with change
The successful candidate will have strong immigration and mobility knowledge; will need to recognize Corporate Tax/Permanent Establishment risks and demonstrate the ability to ensure compliance risks are being assessed and mitigated from an employer perspective.
