A leading relocation services company with an international footprint, now has an exciting opportunity for an experienced immigration consultant to be based at its London office.
Role: Immigration Consultant, based London [MPI-01154]
Responsibilities:
• Provide UK immigration advice and assistance to clients
• Support clients on all UK immigration applications
• Manage a case load from initial instruction to case close
• Provision and follow up of all relevant options and recommendations to client
• Ensure timely follow-up with client to answer any questions and to explain process and express any potential delays or concerns
• Review all documents issued by government offices for accuracy and consistency with the application
• Arrange for delivery of completed documents as necessary
• Update all fees in internal computer system
• Provide relevant support to financial management including client billing
• Develop relationships with the global immigration teams
• Become immigration policy expert and encourage knowledge sharing across the teams
Key Skills
• Must be at least OISC Level 1 Accredited
• Experience in a similar UK Immigration role advising on corporate and personal immigration work
• Experience of working in an international organisation is desirable
• Strong team player with excellent communication skills
• Strong relationship management and interpersonal relations
• Good judgement and analytical ability
• Ability to prioritise and work well under pressure
• Problem-solving and structured, analytical and disciplined approach
